Fun ways to start your brand

  1. Website – Build a simple website (It’s easy!). Your site can provide helpful information about a topic or an important cause.  It can have helpful info for your colleagues and/or for a community you serve in your profession.

  2. Blog – Start a professional blog. We can write 5-10 blog posts to get you started.  Then, hire us to write a new post each month to keep it going. Choose a topic from the list below.

  3. "LinkedIn Profile "Glow-up - You are the kind of person every employer wants to hire. Let's see if we can make you even more impressive than you already are. : ) Update your profile for the opportunities you want. We know the keywords trending right now with recruiters.

  4. Meetup – Host a local meetup. It can be for nurses or teachers to talk about how they are handling the emotional challenges of their jobs.  Or it can be a support group to help people struggling with addiction. It can even be a meetup dedicated to providing social experiences for seniors, or learning experiences for children, or opportunities for people in need.  Or it can be a meetup for people who share your interest or specialization.

  5. Community organization – Start a small community organization. It’s okay even if it begins with just you and one friend.  Both of you instantly have a personal brand! As soon as you post something online about a cool little community organization you’re starting, that gives people a way to think about you and understand you. That’s when you have a brand.

  6. Online Discussion Community – Start a group on LinkedIn, Facebook, or other social media.  We can help.  The group will be all about a topic important to you. It’s easy and free.  And when you start an onlinecommunity, it gives people a way to think about you and understand you.

  7.  Plan an event. Even if you only plan one event each year, that still gives us something to say about you.  It gives us what we need so we make sure people who google to find out about you will see some search results about what you are doing.

  8. Publish an article or ebook. Publish a series of articles. (We can write the articles! You own the rights to them.) You can publish articles to your LinkedIn page or anywhere else.  When people google to learn about you, they’ll find this series of articles you published. They’ll be articles about a topic important to you. (Here’s an example about Nursing Leadership.)
